Too busy to make it to the studio or need to stay home? I am also available for one on one sessions online or at your home, or group lessons by appointment at your home or office.
These sessions can involve small props such as balls, therabands, balance equipment, free weights and rollers, which we will use along with the resistance of your own body weight. We will blend powerful movements from the pilates mat repertoire with movements designed to unwind and relax you, so that you will emerge renewed and rejuvenated for the rest of your day.
